As an interface to product-related areas such as product and process development, the team works closely with other departments to ensure quality at every stage of product development.
We are looking for quality-conscious talents who would like to contribute to continuously improving our quality processes with analytical thinking.

- Technical education (materials engineering, testing technology, metrology, electronics, sensor technology) with several years of professional experience or comparable qualifications
- Leadership experience required
- Experience with automotive-specific, systematic problem-solving methods
- Excellent written and spoken English skills

- Technical and organizational leadership of a qualified team
- Ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
- Preparation and coordination of measurement orders
- Communication with customers and support of Quality Management in root cause analysis
