The Process & Project Management team is responsible for the technical management of interdisciplinary teams and interface coordination. A strong customer focus ensures that all projects meet the needs of our customers and guarantee maximum satisfaction.

- Completed technical education (HTL/FH/TU) in the fields of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, plastics or manufacturing technology
- Experience in the automotive industry as well as knowledge of project management, quality environment, product or process development
- High level of organizational, methodological and social skills
- Business fluent in German and English

- Central project contact person for our international customers (OEMs & Tiers)
- Management in the interdisciplinary project team, distributed across our global plant structure with intercultural project work
- Coordination and implementation of specific project assignments, together with the project team
- Responsibility for compliance with deadline, cost and quality targets of the projects
- Initiation and documentation of measures in the event of deviations
- Project reporting
