- Business studies or commercial training with a focus on controlling
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Working independently, accurately, and on your own initiative, as well as demonstrating a high level of commitment
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and SAP experience
- BW experience is an advantage
- Written and spoken English

- Business partner for specialist departments and plants in the Hirschmann Group – consulting and support in technical and business management issues (timely preparation of monthly management reports, budget and forecast preparation, ensuring timely financial statements)
- Independent management and implementation of control and finance projects
- Expert role for the departments responsible – definition of group standards and key figures/support in implementing cost accounting
- Conducting training courses and collaborating on cross-departmental projects
