- Ability to work according to standardized procedures
#ChallengeCheck
- Performing laboratory tests (technical cleanliness) according to internal and external customer requirements;
- Preparing technical cleanliness analysis reports according to internal procedures and instructions.
- Knowing and applying relevant standards (e.g., ISO 16232, VDA 19, ISO 4406 for fluids);
- Understanding particle types (metallic, non-metallic, fibers, liquid residues) and their impact on components;
- Washing, ultrasound, and vacuum methods for extracting particles from samples.
- Using optical microscopes to identify and classify particles;
- Using high-precision analytical balances.
