In our finance, controlling, and risk management departments, we create structures that support and drive our operations. Our team ensures effective management of financial resources, careful attention to legal aspects, efficient implementation of control mechanisms, and appropriate assessment and minimization of risks. Our tasks range from budget planning and control, compliance with regulations, and conducting internal audits to risk assessment and mitigation.

We are looking for committed employees who can strengthen our team with their expertise and problem-solving skills.

• Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling
• Teamplayer-Mentalität und Freude an Kommunikation
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel), SAP und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Business Warehouse
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

• Leitung und Umsetzung von Controlling- und Finanzprojekten sowie Verantwortung für Management Reporting, Budgetierung und Forecasting
• Strategische Beratung und Unterstützung der Hirschmann Automotive Werke
• Konzern-Expertise übernehmen, um Verbesserungspotenziale zu identifizieren und entsprechende Maßnahmen umzusetzen
• Enger Austausch mit dem Executive Board und den Geschäftsführern
