- Technician specializing in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, plastics engineering, electrical engineering, or electronics (university, university of applied sciences, technical college, etc.), or a comparable technical qualification
- Strong organizational, methodological, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Professional experience is an advantage
- Willingness to travel up to 20%

- Development, design, and continuous optimization of manufacturing and assembly processes in the automotive sector
- Selection, evaluation, and implementation of suitable manufacturing processes, technologies, and equipment
- Industrialization of new products from the concept phase through to stable series production
- Coordinating the planning, execution, and evaluation of trials, tests, and process validations with subject matter experts
- Creating, maintaining, and approving relevant process and manufacturing documentation
- Working closely with the project team, global production sites, and external suppliers
- Analyzing production issues, identifying process deviations, and defining and implementing sustainable corrective actions
