• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) oder erfolgreich abgeschlossene Lehre mit Kenntnissen in Kunststofftechnik, Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik
• Erfahrung mit CAD-Systemen, idealerweise CATIA V5
• Kreativ, innovativ und teamorientiert, mit hoher Sozial- und Methodenkompetenz
• Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

• Entwicklung von Steckverbindungen und Leitungssätzen – von der kreativen Idee bis zum innovativen Serienprodukt
• Direkte Design- und Konzeptabstimmung mit unseren Kunden
• Konstruktion mit CAD (CATIA V5) und Begleitung des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses im Projektteam
• Sicherstellung der Bauteilfunktion im anspruchsvollen Automotive-Umfeld
• Mitarbeit und Verantwortung in interdisziplinären Projektteams
