  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, CoPilot)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Security & Compliance Center
  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (identity and access management)
  • Basic knowledge of PowerShell for automation and administration
  • Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
  • Ability to manage service providers and external partners
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical topics in an understandable way
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Customer focus and stakeholder management

  • License management and capacity planning
  • Root cause analysis and implementation of improvement measures
  • Planning and coordination of updates, patches, and new features
  • Communication of changes to users

  • Management of user accounts, groups, and permissions
  • Creation of operational documentation and knowledge articles
  • Reporting on SLAs, availability, and service quality
  • Supporting departments in using Microsoft 365
