Completed commercial training or relevant studies with a focus on human resources, law or economics
Completed payroll accounting exam or several years of professional experience in payroll/HR administration
Confident handling of employment, payroll tax and social security law issues
Very good knowledge of MS Office, experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems an advantage
High service orientation, confident appearance and enjoyment of working with people - at all levels of the organization
Solution-oriented, independent work with high accuracy and resilience
Good written and spoken English skills

#ChallengeCheck

Responsibility for site-specific payroll accounting incl. preparation and follow-up in close cooperation with the central payroll team
Professional representation of payroll accounting - first point of contact for managers and colleagues in payroll-related issues
Active involvement in personnel administration, from joining to leaving incl. contract drafting contract drafting
Preparation and analysis of HR key figures, reports and statistics for management and controlling
Support and management of HR projects - in particular with regard to digitalization, payroll processes and interface optimization
Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners, such as tax consultants, authorities and social insurance institutions
