- Completed commercial training or relevant studies with a focus on human resources, law or economics
- Completed payroll accounting exam or several years of professional experience in payroll/HR administration
- Confident handling of employment, payroll tax and social security law issues
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems an advantage
- High service orientation, confident appearance and enjoyment of working with people - at all levels of the organization
- Solution-oriented, independent work with high accuracy and resilience
- Good written and spoken English skills

- Responsibility for site-specific payroll accounting incl. preparation and follow-up in close cooperation with the central payroll team
- Professional representation of payroll accounting - first point of contact for managers and colleagues in payroll-related issues
- Active involvement in personnel administration, from joining to leaving incl. contract drafting contract drafting
- Preparation and analysis of HR key figures, reports and statistics for management and controlling
- Support and management of HR projects - in particular with regard to digitalization, payroll processes and interface optimization
- Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners, such as tax consultants, authorities and social insurance institutions
