- Degree in Economics, Finance, HR or similar field
- Experience in controlling, HR analytics, or a similar role
- Experience with HRIS / ERP systems
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM ECC
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data modeling)
- Languages: English - Fluent, German represents advantage
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactive mindset and solution-oriented thinking
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

- The role ensures reliable HR data, standardized global reporting and actionable insights. It acts as a bridge between systems, data, and business needs.
- Planning, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing HR-related costs, KPIs, and workforce data to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Global Key User for SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and SAP HCM ECC
- Ensure governance of HR data structures
- Define and maintain global HR KPI framework
- Prepare accurate HR reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Drive data-based decision-making by providing insights on workforce trends
- Support workforce planning and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure data quality and compliance in HR controlling processes
- Collaborate with Finance/Controlling departments for financial alignment. Support audits (internal/external) related to HR data and costs
