Degree in Economics, Finance, HR or similar field
Experience in controlling, HR analytics, or a similar role
Experience with HRIS / ERP systems (SAP is a strong advantage)
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data modeling)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Languages: English - Fluent, German represents advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proactive mindset and solution-oriented thinking
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Planning, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing HR-related costs, KPIs, and workforce data to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Monitor and analyze HR costs and key performance indicators
Prepare accurate HR reports, forecasts, and budgets
Drive data-based decision-making by providing insights on workforce trends
Support workforce planning and cost optimization initiatives
Collaborate closely with Finance and HR teams
Ensure data quality and compliance in HR controlling processes
Collaborate with Finance/Controlling departments for financial alignment. Support audits (internal/external) related to HR data and costs
