#ChallengeCheck

  • Processing customer complaints in the BABTEC system within 24 hours of receipt and informing the responsible segments/departments so that everyone involved is aware of each complaint in a timely manner;
  • Coordinate complaint analyses with the production department in order to resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible (remedy, rejection, sorting activities) to minimize losses and present the results of customer complaint developments in the monthly report;
  • Collect the information necessary to resolve and close customer complaints within a maximum of 10 working days of receipt;
  • Define and install additional controls and sorting activities (based on data from complaints received), together with the production quality department, so that only compliant products reach the finished product warehouse or the customer from the production line;
  • Transmitting consistent information to segment members and the management team regarding the status of quality complaints received from customers by presenting the monthly situation;
