- Administrative tasks related to personnel organization and record-keeping in accordance with internal and legal requirements
- Preparation of legal documents regarding employment relationships (creation, termination, and suspension of employment contracts)
- Recording of time and attendance data for company employees in accordance with legal and internal requirements
- Ensuring accurate recording of employees within internal structures in the time and attendance software
- Verifying the accuracy of data regarding employees’ sick leave, entering it into the software, and preparing reports and files for reimbursement from FNUASS
- Issuing income certificates and other documents proving employment at the request of direct and indirect production employees as well as TESA
- Initiating, implementing, and monitoring improvement projects targeting processes under your responsibility
- Tracking, recording, and distributing meal vouchers and gift cards in accordance with legal and internal requirements.
