• Experience in HR systems / HR IT, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g., recruiting, talent management, learning, organizational structures)
• Proven project management experience, preferably in international environments
• Strong analytical and structuring skills with a focus on data and process governance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global context

#ChallengeCheck

• Lead the global implementation and continuous development of SAP SuccessFactors as the central HR platform
• Ensure standardized HR processes and data structures across all locations
• Establish and govern a global HR system and data model (incl. Employee Central & Talent modules)
• Drive HR digitalization initiatives and projects, including rollout, change, and stabilization phases
• Generate HR data insights and analytics to support management decision-making
