Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (FH/Uni) sowie Kenntnisse in der Kunststofftechnik, Werkstoffkunde Maschinenbau oder im Technologiemanagement
Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, CAD-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Begeisterung für Innovationen sowie Kommunikationsfreude und Verantwortungsbereitschaft
Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Reisebereitschaft im moderaten Ausmaß

Souveräne Arbeitsweise bei der Durchführung und Leitung von Innovationsprojekten (Design for Six Sigma)
Bereichsübergreifende Kooperation mit der Produktion, Qualität und anderen Entwicklungsbereichen
Ansprechpartner für Lieferanten und wissenschaftliche Partner (Universitäten, Bildungseinrichtungen)
