University degree – in economics (IT, business, technical, commercial academy, or others)
Languages: English - Fluent, German represents advantage
Experience: with SAP EDI processes

#ChallengeCheck

First-level support for EDI troubleshooting and partner integration:
Error handling: Efficient handling of input and output errors;
Certificate updates: Planning and executing updates to ensure secure data transmission;
Execution of test scenarios for EDI integration: Conducting thorough tests with new partners to ensure smooth integration;
Internal communication for newly integrated partners:
EDI News Distribution: Keeping factories informed about the latest EDI developments;
Global EDI Interface: Acting as a liaison with the global EDI team at the group level;
ASN error cleanup: Take responsibility for analyzing the root causes of ASN errors and develop countermeasures, documenting the process in detail;
Continuous improvement of EDI availability:
Minimizing manual order management: Work to increase EDI availability to reduce manual intervention in the Hirschmann environment;
Develop KPI monitoring and track efficiency: Create and maintain a KPI monitor to track and improve EDI efficiency.
