In our finance, controlling, and risk management departments, we create structures that support and drive our operations. Our team ensures effective management of financial resources, careful attention to legal aspects, efficient implementation of control mechanisms, and appropriate assessment and minimization of risks. Our tasks range from budget planning and control, compliance with regulations, and conducting internal audits to risk assessment and mitigation.

- Business studies, accountant or relevant treasury training and further education
- At least 3 years of professional experience as well as a strong interest in treasury and financial topics and an understanding of macroeconomic interrelationships
- Ability to work independently, high level of commitment and a proactive, goal-orientated way of working
- Very good MS-Office knowledge (especially Excel) and ERP knowledge (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
- Very good communication skills, both in a team and in dealing with internal and external contacts in German and English

- Further development and professionalization of treasury processes, systems, standards and reporting
- Processing of financing, hedging transactions, liquidity planning and monitoring of financial markets
- Risk management in the areas of currencies and interest rates as well as ensuring internal and external reporting.
- Consulting and support of domestic and foreign subsidiaries as well as communication with banking partners
- Central coordination of funding topics including identification, coordination and submission of funding applications
- Conducting training sessions and providing management with information relevant to controlling and ad hoc reports.
