In our finance, controlling, and risk management departments, we create structures that support and drive our operations. Our team ensures effective management of financial resources, careful attention to legal aspects, efficient implementation of control mechanisms, and appropriate assessment and minimization of risks. Our tasks range from budget planning and control, compliance with regulations, and conducting internal audits to risk assessment and mitigation.

We are looking for committed employees who can strengthen our team with their expertise and problem-solving skills.

  • You have a degree in business administration or have completed a business apprenticeship with a focus on controlling, finance, or a comparable field
  • You have professional experience in controlling and would like to work as a business partner to help shape sustainable decisions in collaboration with line organizations and management
  • You stand out for your analytical mindset, and you work independently, in an organized manner, and with a high degree of initiative
  • You have strong communication skills, enjoy working as part of a team, and know how to professionally support a variety of stakeholders
  • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as SAP; knowledge of SAP BW or Business Warehouse is a plus
  • You have a very good command of German and English—both spoken and written

  • You will serve as a business partner for our business units and international plants, supporting management with business analyses, recommendations for action, and strategic advice
  • You will be responsible for management reporting as well as budget, forecast, and planning processes, and will establish a solid foundation for business decisions
  • You will lead controlling and finance projects, drive the further development of our processes, and identify opportunities for optimization
  • You will further develop group-wide standards, KPIs, and management tools and ensure consistent management across the corporate group
  • You will work closely with the Executive Board, senior management, and international stakeholders, and contribute your expertise to cross-functional projects and training sessions
