Several years of experience in managing interdisciplinary and intercultural project teams
Very good SAP skills (ideally S/4HANA) and deep understanding of business and production processes
High level of strategic thinking, process understanding, and innovative ability

Users of enterprise architecture principles for the targeted development of the IT service portfolio
Analysis, design, and optimization of end-to-end business processes in close coordination with specialist departments
Management of international projects for the further development of the ERP and application landscape – including planning, budget, and resource management
Leadership and development of a global team of in-house consultants and developers
Identification and implementation of synergies, standards, and best practices across all plants and regions
Active participation in the selection and introduction of new systems in cooperation with portfolio management
