Experience in project management and project management office (PMO) with in-depth methodological knowledge
Analytical skills (KPI definition and monitoring, risk and opportunity analysis)
Knowledge of typical project management tools such as Jira or MS Project
Strong communication and moderation skills (stakeholder management and conflict management)
Strong organizational skills (structured approach to work, multi-tasking, and prioritization)
Financial and controlling knowledge (budget planning and monitoring, cost-benefit analyses)
High problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team, and assertiveness
Very good German and English skills
