Fundierte Kenntnisse in Werkzeugtechnik, Verfahrenstechnik und Heißkanaltechnik
Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Simulationen sowie in der Analyse technischer Zusammenhänge
Kompetenz in der Lösung komplexer Aufgabenstellungen sowie in der Beratung und Schulung globaler Teams
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Simulations- und Analysetools sowie in der Erfassung komplexer Wechselwirkungen zwischen Werkzeugtechnik, Heißkanaltechnik und Prozessparametern
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Analyse und Interpretation von Simulationsergebnissen sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
Identifikation und Lösung von Prozessproblemen sowie Unterstützung der Teams bei der Optimierung
Aufbau, Pflege und Weitergabe von Wissen und Best Practices im Bereich Heißkanal
