A bachelor’s degree in business administration, business informatics, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field; or technical or commercial training with a strong aptitude for IT and logistics processes
Experience in business process management (BPM), business analysis, or requirements engineering is a plus
Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation processes (inbound / outbound / network)
Basic knowledge of SAP, as well as an interest in or experience with SAP TM; knowledge of S/4HANA is a plus
Excellent English skills for international exchange
An analytical and structured approach to work, as well as strong communication skills between business and IT

Support for the implementation and global rollout of SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)
Gathering, analyzing, and organizing business requirements in collaboration with logistics and business units
Translation of technical requirements into clear system and process requirements for IT and implementation partners
Ensuring the integration of SAP TM into existing end-to-end supply chain processes
Contributing to process design, testing, training, and change management as part of the SAP transformation
Close collaboration with global stakeholders to standardize and continuously optimize transportation processes
