As an interface to product-related areas such as product and process development, the team works closely with other departments to ensure quality at every stage of product development.

We are looking for quality-conscious talents who would like to contribute to continuously improving our quality processes with analytical thinking.

Completed higher technical education (e.g. engineering, technology or comparable)
Several years of experience in quality management, ideally with additional knowledge in the automotive sector
Sound knowledge of Ishikawa, 5-Why, 8D methodology and in-depth user knowledge of Q-Core tools
Experience in working with SAP
Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Technical and disciplinary leadership of the complaints management team
Participation in audits and customer visits
Analysis of root cause analysis and derivation of corrective measures
Close cooperation with production, development, suppliers and customers for sustainable error prevention
Reporting of quality indicators for the identification and implementation of improvement measures
