University degree in economics or a technical field
Foreign languages: English – advanced level;
Experience in technical procurement is a plus
Technical background, interest in IT, and openness to AI technologies
PC skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Planning, organization, and analysis skills
Solution-oriented, ability to meet deadlines
Attention to detail, assertiveness

#ChallengeCheck

Implementing and improving internal systems and departmental processes, as well as training teams at the local level and at other Hirschmann Automotive locations.
Provide global support for the operation of SAP, Ariba, and S4Hana systems.
Coordinate equipment procurement projects and maintain effective communication with external suppliers on a global level.
Negotiate and procure equipment from suppliers in accordance with procurement procedures to secure the most favorable terms regarding quality, price, and delivery.
Identifying the most favorable equipment offers and taking responsibility for minimizing procurement costs.
Collaborating with colleagues in Austria or at other Hirschmann Automotive locations regarding global equipment procurement.
