- In-depth expertise in ITSM & IT governance, particularly change, demand, and financial management
- Strong strategic and economic expertise (IT budgeting, TCO, ROI, cost and performance models)
- Strong stakeholder and decision management at senior and management level
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a focus on implementation
- Excellent communication, moderation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in complex, hybrid IT organizations (traditional, agile, DevOps, cloud)
- Leadership mindset with the ability to take responsibility and provide guidance
- High assertiveness combined with a cooperative approach
- Written and spoken German and English

- Strategic responsibility for change, demand, and IT financial management, including alignment with corporate and IT strategy
- End-to-end ownership of processes: design, governance, KPIs, maturity management, and continuous improvement
- Management of complex changes and demand portfolios, including risk, dependency, and impact assessment
- Overall financial responsibility for IT budgets, forecasts, cost models, and business case evaluations
- Leadership and moderation of central decision-making and steering committees (e.g., CAB, portfolio boards)
- Advising management and specialist departments on prioritization, cost-effectiveness, and feasibility
- Establishment and implementation of governance structures in traditional and agile IT environments
- Coaching and technical guidance for process owners and stakeholders
