Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung in Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Kunststofftechnik, Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder Ähnlichem (Uni, FH, HTL)
Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Methoden- und Sozialkompetenz
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Berufserfahrung von Vorteil
Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen

Wesentliche Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung technisch robuster und wirtschaftlich optimierter Fertigungsprozesse
Verantwortung für die Industrialisierung von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienreife
Zuständigkeit für die Projektierung, Beschaffung und Abnahme produktspezifischer Maschinen, Anlagen, Werkzeuge und Prüfmittel
Globale Koordination von Projekten in den Bereichen Produktion und Technik
