Bachelor's degree
Languages: English advanced work proficiency, German – advantage
Microsoft 365 Administration
AI and Automation Technologies
Experience integrating AI with ITSM platforms such as Matrix42
Strong communication skills and Problem-solving mindset
Scripting and Automation (PowerShell preferred)
Ability to work in global and cross-functional environments
Relevant Microsoft certifications in AI, Azure, Power Platform, Security, or Microsoft 365 are an advantage

Manage and continuously improve Digital Workplace services;
Drive modernization initiatives across collaboration, content management, and endpoint services;
Evaluate, implement, and support AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, and automation platforms;
Monitor AI solution performance, usage, and business value realization;
Promote AI adoption through training, enablement, and knowledge-sharing initiatives;
Ensure seamless integration between workplace platforms and business applications;
Lead pilot projects and proof-of-concepts.
