Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with relevant additional qualifications
Initial professional experience in payroll accounting with Datev, including income tax and social security law
Independent, structured, and conscientious approach to work
Confident use of MS Office

#ChallengeCheck

Preparation of monthly payroll accounting in cooperation with the external service provider
Performing administrative tasks in the HR department, such as maintaining master data, managing time recording, processing travel expense reports and preparing job references.
Preparation of evaluations, statistics, and HR key indicators
Advising and supporting employees and managers in all matters relating to human resources and payroll
Support during the onboarding and offboarding process
