Technician specializing in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, plastics engineering, electrical engineering, or electronics (university, university of applied sciences, technical college, etc.), or a comparable technical qualification
Strong organizational, methodological, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Professional experience is an advantage
Willingness to travel up to 20%

Development, design, and continuous optimization of manufacturing and assembly processes in the automotive sector
Selection, evaluation, and implementation of suitable manufacturing processes, technologies, and equipment
Industrialization of new products from the concept phase through to stable series production
Coordinating the planning, execution, and evaluation of trials, tests, and process validations with subject matter experts
Creating, maintaining, and approving relevant process and manufacturing documentation
Working closely with the project team, global production sites, and external suppliers
Analyzing production issues, identifying process deviations, and defining and implementing sustainable corrective actions
