- Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences or University)
- CAD skills (preferably CATIA V5)
- Passionate, creative, flexible, and innovative team player
- FEM knowledge is an advantage (preferably ANSYS)
- Strong social and methodological skills as well as confident communication abilities
- Very good command of written and spoken English, along with strong organizational skills
#ChallengeCheck
- Development of new contacting elements in the automotive environment, with a focus on mechanics, physics, strength of materials and tribology
- Product development from the initial CAD concept through to a series-ready product, using state-of-the-art development tools
- Creation of spring characteristic curves, tolerance studies, as well as FEM and manufacturability analyses
- Technical coordination with suppliers and customers
- Responsibility for component functionality in a demanding automotive environment
