#SkillCheck

Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences or University)
CAD skills (preferably CATIA V5)
Passionate, creative, flexible, and innovative team player
FEM knowledge is an advantage (preferably ANSYS)
Strong social and methodological skills as well as confident communication abilities
Very good command of written and spoken English, along with strong organizational skills

#ChallengeCheck

Development of new contacting elements in the automotive environment, with a focus on mechanics, physics, strength of materials and tribology
Product development from the initial CAD concept through to a series-ready product, using state-of-the-art development tools
Creation of spring characteristic curves, tolerance studies, as well as FEM and manufacturability analyses
Technical coordination with suppliers and customers
Responsibility for component functionality in a demanding automotive environment
