Completed economics training, degree, or HR-specific qualification
Work experience in Human Resources or recruiting
Organized, structured, and independent way of working
Confident command of German and English
Enjoyment in building and maintaining relationships

#ChallengeCheck

Independent management of the entire recruiting process, including budget tracking and job postings
Talent assessment and profiling
Responsibility for pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for new employees
Support for internal programs such as buddy and mentee programs, as well as contact person for managers and leasing companies
Support with HR administration, employee support, employer branding activities, and system implementation in the SAP SuccessFactors recruiting module
