The Production & Automation department is dedicated to producing our products and developing and manufacturing customized machines and systems. The department is home to numerous high-tech systems, high-bay warehouses, and vehicles, which our employees operate and maintain. We are constantly striving to increase production efficiency and ensure the quality and competitiveness of our products.

- Provides direct support to company management in general administrative activities, with the aim of supporting the stability and development of the company, while ensuring proper organization of activities and compliance with data confidentiality.
- Participates in management meetings and is responsible for preparing, drafting, and following up on discussion reports.
- Is responsible for organizing visits and audits (accommodation, transportation, protocol, materials), as well as coordinating employee business trips (accommodation, transportation, travel documents).
- Schedules meetings and performs translations as needed and upon request of the top management team.
- Participates in and/or coordinates the organization of various company events.
- Manages the ordering, receipt, and distribution of office supplies, in accordance with internal procedures.
- Receives and distributes correspondence and registers the company’s incoming and outgoing documents.
- Acts as the company’s interface with external parties by handling phone calls and maintaining a collaborative environment.
- Handles the reception, notification, and guidance of visitors and resolves various administrative matters.
- Arranges and defines standards for common office areas and meeting rooms.
- Inspect and audit meeting rooms and locker areas, ensure compliance with standards, and manage the key/locker allocation system, with data recorded in the system.
