Coordinating traceability projects (Smart Factory—global launch of traceability projects).
Managing projects with regard to documentation, scheduling coordination, and cost control.
Coordinating technical requirements.
Working closely with the global smart manufacturing systems team (digitalization department).
Maintaining close collaboration with local specialized departments and external service providers.
Planning, implementing, and effectively managing implementation projects and monitoring the implemented processes.
Supporting departments in the optimization, redefinition, and continuous improvement of processes
