• Commercial education with professional experience in the assistant field
• Organizational and communication skills, as well as precise and independent work methods
• Good MS Office skills required, and knowledge of SAP is advantageous
• High customer orientation, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Good written and spoken German and English

• Supporting IT management with organizational and administrative tasks
• Organization/Execution of procurement processes (purchase requisition and goods receipt)
• Assistance with internal department projects
• Organisation of meetings, workshops and business trips
• Assisting with maintaining the internal documentation system and knowledge management
• Support in the planning and realisation of IT events
