Completed IT training (apprenticeship, technical college, university degree, etc.) and at least 3 years of professional experience as a systems engineer (focus on firewalls/networks)
High degree of customer focus, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently, resilience, and sense of responsibility
Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
