The integrated management system (IMS) ensures flawless product quality with advanced measurement technology and a state-of-the-art laboratory. As an interface to product-related areas such as product and process development, the team works closely with other departments to ensure quality at every stage of product development.

We are looking for quality-conscious talents who would like to contribute to continuously improving our quality processes with analytical thinking.

#SkillCheck

Completed technical vocational training
At least 3 years of professional experience
Knowledge of measuring instruments, measuring methods, and CAQ software
Good knowledge of core tools (such as FMEA, SPC, 8D method)
Good written and spoken English skills
Confident use of standard MS Office applications

#ChallengeCheck

In the context of customer complaints, you coordinate the processing of complaints and problem solutions using the 8D method in the APQP and series production phases
Maintenance and mastery of the complaint tool (Babtec)
Support and relief by taking on support functions and administrative tasks in the areas mentioned
Internal and external contact persons to ensure high quality in all phases
Support in planning and supervising internal sampling, as well as independent execution of customer sampling according to PPAP
Support for advanced quality planning in process development (AQPQ)
