Descriere

In our finance, controlling, and risk management departments, we create structures that support and drive our operations. Our team ensures effective management of financial resources, careful attention to legal aspects, efficient implementation of control mechanisms, and appropriate assessment and minimization of risks. Our tasks range from budget planning and control, compliance with regulations, and conducting internal audits to risk assessment and mitigation.

We are looking for committed employees who can strengthen our team with their expertise and problem-solving skills.

• Business studies or commercial training with a focus on controlling
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Working independently, accurately, and on your own initiative, as well as demonstrating a high level of commitment
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and SAP experience
• BW experience is an advantage
• Written and spoken English

• Business partner for specialist departments and plants in the Hirschmann Group – consulting and support in technical and business management issues (timely preparation of monthly management reports, budget and forecast preparation, ensuring timely financial statements)
• Independent management and implementation of control and finance projects
• Expert role for the departments responsible – definition of group standards and key figures/support in implementing cost accounting
• Conducting training courses and collaborating on cross-departmental projects
