Familiar with all MS Office programs, SAP knowledge an advantage
Self-sufficient, cooperative and goal-oriented way of working

Monitoring delivery reliability and implementing measures in the event of delivery problems
Ensuring optimal stock levels
Supporting the project team with regard to customer orders and delivery dates
Escalation management for customer delivery dates
