• Experience in project management and project management office (PMO) with in-depth methodological knowledge
• Analytical skills (KPI definition and monitoring, risk and opportunity analysis)
• Knowledge of typical project management tools such as Jira or MS Project
• Strong communication and moderation skills (stakeholder management and conflict management)
• Strong organizational skills (structured approach to work, multi-tasking, and prioritization)
• Financial and controlling knowledge (budget planning and monitoring, cost-benefit analyses)
• High problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team, and assertiveness
• Very good German and English skills

• Ensuring compliance with PM standards and processes
• Creation of status reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Monitoring budgets, schedules, and resources
• Identification and tracking of risks
• Preparation, documentation, and minute-taking for steering committees

• Ensuring documentation quality
• Maintenance and further development of PM tools and templates
