Successfully completed commercial training with relevant additional qualifications
Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR role with a focus on payroll, time management and HR processes
In-depth knowledge of labour law, income tax law and national insurance law
Experience in recruiting and confident use of common recruiting platforms and processes
Excellent communication and consulting skills, as well as a professional and engaging manner when interacting with employees and managers
Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work with high quality standards and a hands-on mentality
Confident use of MS Office and, ideally, experience with Datev

Advising and supporting employees and managers in all matters relating to human resources and payroll
Preparation and interface management for payroll accounting in close coordination with the external service provider
Independent control of the entire recruiting process
Collection and analysis of HR indicators
Support with the introduction and further development of HR processes throughout the employee life cycle
HR administration and operational HR tasks
