As an interface to product-related areas such as product and process development, the team works closely with other departments to ensure quality at every stage of product development.

Technical degree (HTL, FH, university) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, computer science, or a comparable field
Experience in project management, test management, or validation
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work

Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with clients and partners
Very good German and good English skills

Planning, managing, and coordinating projects in the testing and validation environment throughout the entire product development process
Responsibility for scheduling, resource allocation, and budget planning for testing and validation activities
Coordination of internal and external stakeholders (departments, customers, suppliers, testing institutes, and validation service providers)
Monitoring and tracking tests with regard to deadlines, quality, costs, and project progress
Serving as the central point of contact for all test-related issues within projects as well as preparing status reports and presenting project progress to customers and stakeholders
