• Experience in leading and developing teams in quality management
• Several years of experience in quality assurance and control in a global setting
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards, especially in the pre-series sector
• Understanding of production processes and production requirements
• Ability to develop and implement cross-plant quality standards
• Excellent communication skills at a global level to effectively interact with various stakeholders

#ChallengeCheck

• Global leadership and coordination of the Pre-Serial Quality department
• Disciplinary management and development of a team of approximately 20 employees at the Rankweil location
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a global scale
• Participation in the development of the global quality strategy and the advancement of the quality standard for the Pre-Serial Quality area
• Preparation and active participation in client meetings and audits, as well as IATF requalifications
• Coordination of client escalations in critical project issues
