Experience in leading and developing teams in quality management
Several years of experience in quality assurance and control in a global setting
In-depth knowledge of quality standards, especially in the pre-series sector
Understanding of production processes and production requirements
Ability to develop and implement cross-plant quality standards
Excellent communication skills at a global level to effectively interact with various stakeholders

Global leadership and coordination of the Pre-Serial Quality department
Disciplinary management and development of a team of approximately 20 employees at the Rankweil location
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a global scale
Participation in the development of the global quality strategy and the advancement of the quality standard for the Pre-Serial Quality area
Preparation and active participation in client meetings and audits, as well as IATF requalifications
Coordination of client escalations in critical project issues
