- Business or technical training (degree or equivalent qualification or experience)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Experience in planning, procurement and logistics processes and in project management
- Good knowledge of warehouse management systems and MS Office, SAP user knowledge
- Ability to organize and optimize complex warehouse processes
- Ability to work independently and proactively find solutions
- Very good knowledge of German and English

- Disciplinary and technical management of around 50 employees
- Leading and supporting the implementation of relevant logistics standards and process requirements
- Control and achievement of the relevant logistics key figures
- Support with maintenance and planning of necessary investments for equipment and systems
- Coordination of internal transportation
- Ensuring the provision of materials for shipping to external customers and intercompany deliveries
