Business or technical training (degree or equivalent qualification or experience)
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
Experience in planning, procurement and logistics processes and in project management
Good knowledge of warehouse management systems and MS Office, SAP user knowledge
Ability to organize and optimize complex warehouse processes
Ability to work independently and proactively find solutions
Very good knowledge of German and English

Disciplinary and technical management of around 50 employees
Leading and supporting the implementation of relevant logistics standards and process requirements
Control and achievement of the relevant logistics key figures
Support with maintenance and planning of necessary investments for equipment and systems
Coordination of internal transportation
Ensuring the provision of materials for shipping to external customers and intercompany deliveries
