- Successfully completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or comparable technical training
- Knowledge of working with progressive tools is preferable
- Willingness to perform and learn, as well as problem-solving skills
- Technical understanding, as well as an independent and autonomous way of working
- High sense of quality and responsibility
- Willingness to work in a shift system
- Good knowledge of the German language

- According to set-up instructions - setting up and adjusting production systems and the associated peripherals in series production
- Recording production and quality data and carrying out documentation in accordance with test specifications
- Monitoring the production process and initiating corrective measures if deviations are detected
- Stimulate measures for process optimization
