The Production & Automation department is dedicated to producing our products and developing and manufacturing customized machines and systems. The department is home to numerous high-tech systems, high-bay warehouses, and vehicles, which our employees operate and maintain. We are constantly striving to increase production efficiency and ensure the quality and competitiveness of our products.

Successfully completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or comparable technical training
Knowledge of working with progressive tools is preferable
Willingness to perform and learn, as well as problem-solving skills
Technical understanding, as well as an independent and autonomous way of working
High sense of quality and responsibility
Willingness to work in a shift system
Good knowledge of the German language

According to set-up instructions - setting up and adjusting production systems and the associated peripherals in series production
Recording production and quality data and carrying out documentation in accordance with test specifications
Monitoring the production process and initiating corrective measures if deviations are detected
Stimulate measures for process optimization
