Apprenticeships
At Hirschmann Automotive, you get more than just professional and comprehensive training. Our goal is that your apprenticeship guarantees you a perfect start to your future professional life. Many of your predecessors have taken this opportunity and are appointed permanently now. Each year, approximately five to six apprentices receive job offers upon graduation, indicating the potential for long-term employment.

The application flow for internships proceeds by submitting the request specifying the department, duration, and type of internship. These requests are then validated based on the operational needs of the organization, considering factors such as workload and team availability.

Partnerships with Schools and Universities
We have established valuable partnerships with renowned educational institutions such as University Ibnou Toufail, EST (École Supérieure de Technologie), ENSAK (École Nationale des Sciences Appliquées), and ENCG (École Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion). These partnerships enable us to actively engage with students and contribute to their academic and professional development.
In addition, there is another initiative with our technical school, CFMA, with whom we have been working on the Apprenticeship Project since 2020. Furthermore, we have also collaborated with an American Language School, where our employees can benefit from it and improve their English level.
These opportunities provide students with practical exposure and real-world insights into their chosen fields of study, allowing them to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
