Your Apprenticeship

Take Your Chance to Work at a Company That Is Always Looking Ahead.

1. APPLY NOW

Students apply through their school for the dual school system. Following registration, a presentation introduces them to the participating companies. Interviews are then conducted to select the candidates for company training.

2. SCHOOL ATTENDANCE

In the first year, they attend the plant one day per month. This increases to two days per week in the second year and three days per week in the third year.

3. WORK ATTENDANCE

At the end of each school year, they have a period of 7, 9, or 11 weeks with daily attendance at the plant.

4. CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Upon graduation, apprentices have the chance to secure employment in three areas: as an Adjuster, Maintenance Technician, or Toolshop Technician. This opens up potential career paths within these specific fields.
