Completed commercial training, possibly with further business administration training
Professional experience in materials management/logistics is an advantage
Secure negotiation of delivery dates and confident escalation management
Independent, cooperative and goal-oriented work style
Good English skills, both spoken and written
Experience with SAP systems and MS Office programs

#ChallengeCheck

Preparation and review of supplier orders and delivery schedules
Coordination and verification of order confirmations (quantity, date)
Ensuring and monitoring the timely availability of materials for production, customers and internal departments
Close communication with suppliers and internal interfaces to coordinate appointments
Monitoring of specific inventory levels, including rebooking or scrapping decisions
Support for outsourced manufacturing and coating processes, including shipping and capacity coordination
Review of series and pre-series requirements as well as creation of production orders in start-up and handover phases
Ensuring correct MRP and planning parameters for 0-series and series production
Monitoring and implementation of logistics-relevant start-up processes
