#ChallengeCheck

• Modify process documentation and ensure process changes are implemented in production lines;
• Starting sample orders when necessary (both for technical modifications and follow-up tools);
• Elaboration of internal change requests (from Targu Mures) together with the production process engineers. Ensuring that the change requests contain all the necessary information and are correctly elaborated while ensuring that they are completed and sent to RW on time;
• Analyze and define actions where indicators are not met (together with the team);
• Distributing information related to technical changes, which affect the Targu Mures factory, to all people/departments involved and monitoring action plans in JIRA;
• Performing validations of folllow-up tools on the process side according to Cennit workflow;
• Monitor and ensure that workflows (workflow) for follow-up tools are completed as planned. Escalation to Project Manager in case of deviations
